Join us for a celebratory open house once a month to practice the Shambhala Sadhana and meditation together.

The Shambhala Sadhana is a practice where we proclaim our own basic goodness and the basic goodness of others and the basic goodness of society. The practice can teach us to soften our hearts and appreciate the sacredness that is present in our daily lives. The Sadhana practice of proclaiming basic goodness allows us to understand both intellectually and emotionally the notion of the goodness of ourselves, others and society; the magic of the ordinary world without aggression or manipulation. Through the practice we can recognize the natural source of radiance and brilliance in the world, which is the innate wakefulness of human beings.

One to one meditation instruction will be available.

Our venue is the Eco-House at Ceres in Brunswick. You can find the Eco-House at the end of Lee Street, Brunswick.
